Air Tool Match

Published output for 6-gallon pancake compressors

A source-linked directory of the 90 PSI output labels published for 6-gallon pancake air compressors in the Air Tool Match catalogue.

Last updated 2026-09-21.

This directory answers one narrow question: what 90 PSI output does each manufacturer publish for the 6-gallon pancake compressors currently in the catalogue? It does not rank the compressors or decide which one fits a tool.

Why the labels stay separate

CFM and SCFM are retained exactly as the manufacturer presents them. Air Tool Match does not convert one label into the other or erase wording such as Air Delivery. A shared tank size and pressure condition do not make unlike airflow labels interchangeable.

That is why a model can appear in this directory but still make the matcher stop. The directory records what is published. The matcher performs arithmetic only when the selected tool and compressor meet its narrower comparison rule.

What 6 gallons does not tell you

Tank capacity is useful for identifying this product format. It is not proof that a compressor will sustain a particular tool. Recovery, duty cycle, regulator behavior, hose loss, electrical supply, installation, and the tool's actual operating pattern remain outside these records.

For an equipment decision, follow the manufacturer source, confirm the exact model and current specifications, and ask the manufacturer or a qualified professional about the intended application.

How this directory is maintained

Every row is generated from the same validated record used by the matcher. The model identity, published output label, pressure, manufacturer URL, and checked date travel together. If a source changes, the row is due for re-checking rather than silent correction from another model or retailer page.
