Air tool and compressor airflow ratings
Find source-linked air-tool consumption and compressor-output charts, then compare figures that use compatible labels at the same pressure.
Airflow ratings describe how much air a pneumatic tool consumes or how much air a compressor delivers under stated conditions. The useful number includes its unit, pressure and manufacturer label.
Use this page to choose the right chart or comparison.
Look up an air-tool consumption figure
The impact wrench CFM chart lists the average and at-load figures published for exact impact-wrench models. Each row includes the 90 PSI condition, the manufacturer's field label and the page where the value was checked.
For other pneumatic-tool categories, use the complete records directory. Missing fields remain empty rather than being inferred from another model or consumption label.
Look up compressor output measured at 90 PSI
The compressor output chart at 90 PSI lists the output published for exact compressor models. Here, 90 PSI is the pressure condition attached to each airflow figure. It does not mean the compressors deliver 90 CFM.
The chart retains labels such as CFM, SCFM and delivered SCFM. Read the guide to CFM, SCFM, ACFM and delivered SCFM before comparing values with different labels.
Compare a tool and compressor
The matcher places a selected tool-consumption figure beside a selected compressor-output figure. It calculates when the stored records use the supported unit and the same published pressure condition.
The same-PSI comparison guide shows the arithmetic and the record fields behind it. The record-inclusion method explains how exact model identity, value, condition and source are checked before a record appears.
Diagnose pressure and airflow problems
Published ratings are the starting point for a system check. These guides cover common points between the compressor outlet and the tool:
